Problems with your order/Damaged Order:

Please email if you experience a problem with your order or a damaged item arrives. In your email please include the following information: Order number, problem with the product, and photos of the product

Please do so within 30 days upon receiving the product.


Ordered wrong size or color:

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please send an e-mail to Please keep in mind however that you will be responsible to cover the shipping fees to return the original item and receive the new product.


Entered the wrong address:

If the recipient’s address was entered wrong, then you are held responsible. Often times, the package is sent back to us and we can then re-ship the product to you. This is never guaranteed, but in the case of this event please send the updated address to In the case that the package is not returned to us, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.


My order never arrived:

For all packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please send an e-mail with your order number. Please confirm that your shipping address was correct and double check with your local post office.

In the rare event that our tracking information states an order was delivered, but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility for that order.
